  • Front office task such as answering the phones, insurance verification, EMR, EHR management. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish with medical experience! That‘s a  PLUS!
  • Medical Billing + Claims another PLUS!
  • Everything is computer and phone based, you will not be working in a medical clinic or medical office. 
  • Our provider have medical offices NATIONWIDE!
  • Our headquarters are located in Henderson, NV but this position is a remote position and applicant can live anywhere in the US.

  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries. 
  • Arrange company events Luncheons, Holiday Parties etc..
  • Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents
  • Inventory management 
  • Interviewing/Onboarding new employees.
  • This position will work with multiple software throughout the day supporting our medical Practitioners and Providers. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish with medical experience! That‘s a  PLUS!

  • Communication: Great verbal and written communication skills are essential.  Ability to identify social media events such as an interesting hashtag or a sensitive topic and share appropriate content

  • Communication: Great verbal and written communication skills are essential.  Ability to identify social media events such as an interesting hashtag or a sensitive topic and share appropriate content that aligns with the company’s social media strategy.  
  • 2  Creativity: Crafting engaging content, ability to constantly align content with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage people. 
  • Technology: Computer skills, skills in using social media platforms and skills in using tools that analyze social media platforms. 
  • Research: Skills in learning social media trends, and identifying new social media tools. 
  • Time management: The skill of organizing tasks to meet deadlines is essential.  Ability to work according to schedules and must meet marketing and business goals.
