With over twenty years of experience in the healthcare field, our founder recognized that despite the best intentions of medical practices, patients often found themselves facing a number of challenging inconveniences - from long wait times, to medications that weren't refilled quickly, or followup calls that weren't made. It was clear that there was an urgent need for a better way to improve the quality of care.

In response, The Physician’s MA was created to offer a comprehensive solution that could revolutionize the way medicine is practiced. Our unique approach is designed to not only help medical providers provide better care, but also to assist them in gaining great reviews and referrals from their patients. We are confident that our solution will have a lasting and positive impact on the field of medicine.

Based in Las  Vegas, NV, The Physician’s MA began to provide remote medical assistants (RMAs) to fill in the spaces where the clinical staff desired an extra pair (or two or three) hands to complete the work.  Time-consuming – yet highly necessary – tasks need to be done (i.e. checking eligibility, completing and filing up-to-date patient records, scheduling follow-up appointments, calling in authorizations, submitting referrals and other items). 

For the past seven years, our team has stepped in and seamlessly worked with the existing office staff to make the experience of providing essential health care more efficient, so that physicians can become more effective.  We maintain excellent communication with the clinical staff to ensure accuracy and outline expectations.  Our qualified team of certified medical assistants boast a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in working with pain management practices, specialists, urgent care, hospitals and more – even house call providers!  No matter the size, our proven process has been assisting practices all across the United States.
